The book contains 13 discourses with teachings and exercises given by our universal spiritual teachers, the ascended masters. These teachings will help you see that the physical body is not separated from the mind, in fact it is simply the most dense part of the total energy field of your mind. The central idea is that healing does not require you to attain the mastery of mind over matter, because your body truly is mind, so even the cells can be influenced by your mind. 

The book also contains 18 practical exercises designed to open up a flow of high-frequency energy through your identity mind, your mental mind, your emotional mind and into the physical mind/body. Using these exercises will make it easier for you to shift, so you can accept being in a healthy version of your body. The book does not promise that any physical condition can be healed, but also helps you make the best use of conditions that cannot be healed. 

The book contains the text of the original 13 dictations, 13 new invocations based on the dictations and the 4 original invocations plus Mother Mary’s healing decree.
