4. Return and Cancellation Policy – Digital Products

4.1 No Refunds After Download

All products sold in the More to Life Store are digital (e-books, audiobooks, audio files, PDFs, or other downloadable content). Once a digital product has been downloaded or access to it has been granted, the purchase is considered final and cannot be refunded.

4.2 Right of Withdrawal Before Download

In accordance with EU consumer protection rules, you may cancel your order before you start downloading the digital product. After the download begins, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

4.3 Defective or Inaccessible Files
