The More to Life e-store does not collect or store any of the customer’s financial information, such as the full bank account numbers and/or credit card numbers.

The More to Life Store does not intend to use customer information collected through this website in any way not described here. We use customer information collected in conjunction with the purchase of products on this website to complete transactions and fulfill requests for services. We may also use your information to provide a more effective and efficient customer experience. However, we will not give or sell your information to anyone and we will not send you unsolicited e-mails or mailings.

To pay for a purchase, customers have the option to make payments in the following ways:

1. Using a credit card.Your credit card is not processed by More to Life but by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. Note that More to Life does not collect or see your credit card information, as this is handled by Paypal and your data is very secure.

2. If you have a Paypal account,you can pay directly with that account.

3. Make a bank transferfrom your bank to the bank used by More to Life.

When you order printed books More to Life shares your personal data with the printing company. 

More to Life retains your data as long it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations and for our business purposes.

Paypal Privacy policy

If the payment is done through PayPal, then the PayPal Privacy Policy applies to payment information. Below is an extract of the PayPal Privacy policydetailing how PayPal collects information about you:

In case the payment is done directly by VISA or MASTERCARD, the e-store does not have access to the credit card numbers.

2. Terms & Conditions

2.1. More to Life Store account

To make a purchase through the More to Life Store, you need to have a registered customer account. You can register as a customer on the More to Life Store homepage. After registration, the account information will be sent to the e-mail you specified for your account.

More to Life Store account holders are responsible for keeping the details of their accounts and password confidential and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under the account or passwords.

2.2. Electronic files downloads

If you have a More to Life Store customer account, you can select downloadable products for purchase at the More to Life Store. At the time of checkout for a credit card or Paypal transaction, the More to Life Store will send the purchase sum and other necessary transaction details to PayPal, so that you can proceed with the credit card or PayPal transaction.  

After completing payment in PayPal, you will be directed back to the More to Life Store. Once PayPal sends the transaction confirmation info to the More to Life Store, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice.

NOTE: As soon as payment is complete, you can download electronic files directly from the Downloads area, located in the User Area above the main menu (visible only when you are logged in).

In case of payments with bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail when we receive confirmation of your payment from the bank. You can then download electronic files from the Downloads area.

2.3. Currencies

All prices quoted in the More to LifeStore and all financial transactions are in euros or in US dollars.

2.4. Payments

The More to Life Store accepts credit cards such as VISA or Mastercard and all payment options defined by PayPal. PayPal payment options may vary depending on your home country.

2.5. Sales or VAT Taxes

Sales tax or VAT tax of 25% applies to all purchases from EU member countries.

2.6. Sales to End Users Only

The More to Life Store sells products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale.

You may modify, transform, translate or adapt any purchased file from the More to Life Store for personal non-commercial use.

3. Return and Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders at any time before proceeding with payments. After the transaction has been completed successfully and the customer has downloaded files, the downloadable purchase is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
